Privacy policy

This policy covers nonprofitseo.company and the forms, chat assistant and call-request form on it. It's written in plain words; if anything is unclear, write to support@nonprofitseo.company.

What we collect

• What you type into a form or the chat: usually your name, email, organization, website and your message or answers. The call-request form also asks for a phone number if you want a phone call.
• A spam check: forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical data about your browser to tell people from bots. See Cloudflare's own privacy policy for details.
• Nothing else. The site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies. The chat keeps your conversation in your browser tab's session storage until you close the tab.

Why we use it

Only to answer you: send the free audit, reply to your question, confirm a call time, or send a quote or payment link you asked for. We don't sell or rent your information, and we never ask for donor records or information about the people your organization serves.

Where it goes

Form messages are sent by email through Brevo (our email provider) to our team's inbox, and your name, email, organization, website and the form you used are kept in a Brevo contact list so we can find your request again. Email to our address is forwarded by Cloudflare. These providers process the data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

As long as we're in touch about your request or work together, and then only as long as we need it for records. Ask us at any time and we'll delete it.

Your choices

Write to support@nonprofitseo.company to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We answer within one business day and act on the request promptly.

Children

This site is for organizations and adults acting for them. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too.
