Terms of service

Plans and payment

Our SEO and content plans are listed with their prices on the pricing page. You request a plan through the site; we confirm it fits and email a payment link. Nothing is charged until you pay that link. Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel. A plan bought once covers one month of work.

Canceling

Email support@nonprofitseo.company before your next month begins. There is no contract, minimum term or cancellation fee. Work already delivered in a paid month is not refunded.

What we deliver

The work listed for your plan, within the turnaround shown for it, and a monthly report listing every link with its live address, target page and anchor text. If a reported link stops loading, tell us and we'll look into replacing it.

What we can't promise

No one controls search engine results. We don't guarantee rankings, traffic, donations or any other outcome. Results usually take months and depend on your market, your website and changes search engines make.

Websites and quoted work

Website builds and reputation work are quoted in writing per project. The written quote sets the scope, price and timing, and nothing is charged unless you accept it.

Your part

You confirm you have the right to let us work on your website and listings, and you give us the access we need to do it. You stay the owner of your website, domain, content and accounts.

Other clients

We may work with other organizations in your area or cause. We never share one client's data, reports or plans with another.

Not legal, tax or fundraising advice

We are a marketing agency. Anything we say about receipts, grants, tax status or regulations is general information; check with your own counsel or accountant.
